AP Exam Update

All students in AP courses were provided with the opportunity to order and pay for exams in October.  The exam order has been submitted.  College Board charges schools a cancellation fee if students decide to cancel their exam order after November 15.  AP students agreed to the following statement when they ordered their exam(s):  I understand and acknowledge that I am making a year long commitment to my AP class(es) and the AP exam(s) that I registered and paid for. I understand that I will not receive a full refund if I decide not to take my AP exam(s). If I notify the AP Coordinator of a cancellation decision prior to March 13, the AP Coordinator will submit a request to refund $50 per canceled exam. Allow up to one month for processing. Refunds will only be issued to parents/guardians. If I am a free/reduced lunch student and I cancel an exam prior to March 13, I will owe $33.00 per canceled exam (failure to pay could result in a hold on the high school diploma).
